Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage the door or hardware in its original industrial-grade packaging to prevent structural damage during transit.

  Scheduled Collection

  We will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the oversized items directly from your job site or residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
