Are your doors pre-hung or just the door slab?
We offer both options. Most customers prefer our pre-hung units which include the frame, hinges, and weatherstripping for an easier installation process, but custom door slabs are available upon request.
How long does shipping take for a custom steel door?
Standard in-stock models ship within 5-7 business days. Custom-designed doors typically have a lead time of 8-12 weeks to account for precise fabrication and specialized freight handling.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we are primarily a manufacturer and retailer, we can provide a list of certified independent contractors in your area who specialize in heavy-duty steel door installation.
What kind of maintenance is required for a steel door?
Our doors feature a high-quality zinc coating and powder-finish that requires minimal upkeep. We recommend wiping the surface with mild soap and water twice a year to maintain the finish's luster.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your door arrives with shipping damage, please note it on the Bill of Lading and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
